What OS are you using? If your client is XP and you're using Remote
Desktop, it should just work. If you're using a Terminal Services client
(i.e., Windows 2000), then there's some stuff you have to install to
make it work. Sorry, I forget what it is exactly you have to install.
It's been a while since I had to do it. I'm sure you can find something
about it in the KB.
