If you are just running the proxy service you are fine with one NIC. Just
disable the firewall service.
You can even run the firewall service with one NIC (but it adds no value at
the point until you have a 2nd NIC). You just need to put the 1 NIC's IP
Address in the LAT, or the service will not start.
