WOW. It seems you are having multiple problems with ISA. Did you try,
flishing your dns, stoping and starting DNS, Rebooting the NIC both North and
South and finally rebuliding the LAT Table.

Thanks. Tried that already, no go. There is one thing that changed, for
various reasons I no longer remember, I had the internal port still at 80
instead of the standard alternative port (I think I was trying to get MSN IM to
work). I recently changed it to the alternate port because I have a new IM
server on the inside. I changed the IIS and the ISA to reflect this. Worked
fine for a day and a half, today stopped working with the below symptoms. I
tried to back all the way to where I was days ago, and now it wonât let me
change the IIS back to 80, says address already in use. I can get in with 9999,
but it prompts for logon. The OWA has ceased working altogether. Starts to draw
the 2 frames and then says page can not be displayed in both frames.

I suspect I messed up my destination set and I canât remember if I
had the external or internal address (or both) in the web set.

        Best Regards,

I've been running fine for a while. Including OWA, etc. Not
sure what I
did but I now get prompted for 2 web sites that were anonymous
access
and I get this error even after providing credentials:

The server has detected a proxy chain loop. This condition might
indicate a configuration problem in a proxy server.

Anyone have a thought on where I should be looking for this?
Thanks.
