Do you have IP routing enabled in IP Packet Filtering properties? When we try to telnet/ftp/smtp/pop3, it failed to connect and it's not logged in the FWxxxxxxx.log. I've uninstall the Microsoft Proxy Client (from Proxy 2.0) on that machine.
