That's because either :
1. you have an old version that wouldn't offer you the chance to change
this behavior (and restart the w3proxy service)
or
2. you usd the one from isatools, but you haven't restarted w3proxy yet.

I'm trying out Jim's no ads script. Now that I've installed it I get
prompted for a username and password 4 times, then the page displays
without the ads. How can I get rid of the username/password prompts?
