New server

I am giving up on the current box running ISA. I can't get the network
card problem solved!
Is there and article on how to move ISA to a new box easily? I saw one
that says I can't rename the server after installing ISA but I would
like the box to wind up on the network as the same IP and name.
Any help to make this easier would be appreciated!
