RE: Network is not recognizable

After logged in as admin into local domain client computer, I can ping
and see ISA Server, and even browse the network, I have to run network
identification wizard, then "LOG OFF", and login with user name password
I can get into network domain successfully. But if I "RESTART COMPUTER"
then I won't be able to login to network domain. Isn't it so weird or
did I do anything wrong ?
