You need to configure the H.323 Gatekeeper to get peer-to-peer
NetMeeting connections to function.  If Exchange Conference Server is
behind ISA, it too would require this.  If the Conference server is ON
the ISA server it would not.  Once done, this should work via Secure
Nat.
