Netdiag on ISA give Fatal error on DNS test

Hi every body,

when I run Netdiag on my ISA it say Fatal error on DNS test.

I the internal DNS-server configred on the internal work, and my ISP's DNS
on the external network. The ISA server is not registred on my ISP's DNS.

Is this by design or could it indicate a DNS problem?
