Yes, you could change the name of the ISA server, but you have to first
change the name of the computer and then change the name of the ISA in
the management console. Now, you have to make sure that your DNS has the
right IP address for the new name and the old name is not listed in the
database anymore. Also, make sure that all the web proxy clients are
configured correctly too.
