Hi Amy,
If secondary connections are required, that could be the problem. If AOL
for some reason requires a secondary inbound connection the NAT device
in front of the ISA Server may be dropping the new inbound connection
request (SYN).

Thanks for the clarification. The address you are seeing there is NAT to
the public IP in the DSL router. So 192.168.1.101 is the address of the
external NIC.
It will probably be a couple of days before I can create the all open
situation and then test AOL. I'll report back if it works.
