I got it off the web site isaserver.org "Extending the ISA Firewall's
SSL Tunnel Port Range (2004). My assumption is that this is for the ISA
2004. If you have something else please forward.

I am trying to add a port to my ISA server and I am using the following
script:
script isa_tsp.js /add ext8443 8443

This works, but when I start and stop the Web Proxy services and attempt
to go out the the internet I am not able. Can someone give me an idea
of where I should look. I am using an ISA 2004 server. Thanks...

The correct technical term for haggis stalking is "havering".
