You need to have at least a protocol rule created that will allow traffic
through and you will need to at least configure the default routing rule
appropriately for your Internet connection.  Beyond that make sure you have
basic authentication enabled.  Netscape don't do MS authentication.

Hi, I have a problem is that Netscape Navigator is not connecting through
