I seem to remember a program someone mentioned a while ago called
traffmon or something like that. I cant remember exactly what it
entailed but someone will now and be able to point you to it, if its any
good. I have a feeling Tom will know what it is and he has to wake up
some time!

Hi,
i have already tried the software, but evry time u need press ur
browser's refresh button, secondly it is quite difficult to determine if
someone is downloading something from the net, u need to monitor over a
longer period of time, to see if a user is continously requesting data.
if u other solution i'm anxious to get them, but thanx for this solution
as well.
