IPs (vs. hostnames, I assume) in the reports has nothing to do with the
hardening steps in any of Tom's documents.

This is what you get when you only have SecureNET clients.
Web Proxy or Firewall clients will let ISA include destination names as
well as IPs.

Ok, I have decided to harden our ISA configuration by following a few of
Tom's suggestions in a previous article, All is well except one minor
problem, I removed DNS configuration from the ISA external interface and
have my internal DNS server doing forwarded lookups, however, now I only
see
Ips on my ISA server reports for usage and statistics. I am assuming
this is
directly related to each other, is there any workaround for this where
now
the ISA servewr is not doing the lookups and just requesting the IP for
servers or may this be something else? Thanks - Marc
