Hi All I can guarantee ISA won't work on NT4. ISA Std. Edition will work on a W2K server without AD in a NT4 domain but thats as far as it goes. The Enterprise version requires W2K Advanced Server and an AD Forest. I am guessing your ISA machine and the NT4 machine will be on the same internal subnet. In which case just set up the NT4 machine's default gateway to point to the ISA box and run it as a SecurNat client. don't see why you would need to install the firewall client. Hope that helps. Bye for now. Paul. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jay J. (SecureNAT) What kind of "internet" do you need to "get"? -Jay -----Original Message----- From: HCALM1@xxxxxxxx [mailto:HCALM1@xxxxxxxx] Sent: Friday, December 28, 2001 11:20 AM To: [ISAserver.org Discussion List] Subject: [isalist] NT 4.0 Server and ISA http://www.ISAserver.org I have a domain controller that's a win2k server, running ISA. I'm putting an NT4.0 App server on the network and I need it to get internet. I'm going to install the ISA client on it and pray it works. Any foresite on issues I may have with this setup? Would it be better to use a NT4.0 Server with ISA on it, or is that possible?
