I mean on ISA 1 set the ISP1 gateway first and then ISP2 gateway. On ISA2 First set ISP2 gateway and then ISP1 gateway . this is for the sake of Not saturating only one line and having a sense of load balancing. Between Actual internet lines. The only problem you might see is if one line disconnects , clients which are using the isa that use that line as the preferred line may small delay before they can continue to work. Try it.
