i'm having the same problem with my published sharepoint server.... seems that 
ISA doesn't like passing log - on requests..... is your OWA server ssl?  or are 
you terminating ssl at the isa box?

Under the properties of your ISA server, Incoming web requests, use only 
integrated authentication type. hope that helps.

OWA is working, but when I enable ask for users authentication in incoming 
connections, The autenthication box is prompt for several times.
 
Any idea ?
 
Does anyone know if this case is product failure ?
