You say "new segment"; can each segment see each other without ISA?
ISA is a poor router; it's not designed to function that way.

  Subject: [isalist] Multiple IP addresses

I have a 3 homed DMZ working perfectly since last autumn. Now i need to gain
access to a different internal subnet from my internal network ex: all my
computers are on 192.168.1.X and i should connect a 10.1.0.x network. I have
inserted that renge into LAT and added a 10.1.0.X address to my internal
interface( it was 192.168.1.1 and now has also 10.1.0.10). The routing table is
added correctly but i canno reach that segment.
  WHat is the problem?

  thanks in advance
