Multiple Exchange servers published on 1 external NICs

Hi, everybody.
The scenario is as follows:
1. One ISA Server with 1 internal NIC and 1 external NIC
2. On the external NIC I have 2 IP addresses:
aaa.bbb.ccc.162 - domain1
aaa.bbb.ccc.163 - domain2
Right now, I have one Exchange server published on domain2. When I try to
publish the second one, for domain1, none of them is working. If I remove
the domain1 mail server from published servers, everything works fine.
What am I missing ?
Any feedback greatly appreaciated.
