Thanks....I think I'm closer to getting this to work, but so far... no dice 
even after the article....  So much for State Universities broadcasting 
everything over IP using Multicasting.  I think there are some minor tweaks to 
the UDP protocol to the local host as well as setting up the IGMP External 
interface for Proxy and the Internal interface for Routing....

Multicast router, yanut..
In fact, only RRAS is performing the routing; ISA merely allows IGMP to/from 
RRAS on the local machine.
ISA does not support multicast traffic in any form and there are no plans to 
change this.

Okay, so I've upgraded to ISA2006 SP1, and I want to figure out how to enable 
multicasting (I was told this was impossible with ISA2004).  The articles I've 
read talk about multicasting with NLB, but I'm not doing NLB.  Is there a way 
to do multicasting on ISA2006 SP1 without NLB?
