Moving ISA Server arrays to another domain

Hello experts,
Currently I have installed ISA server enterprise edition on a domain in a
single W2K forest. We have two ISA servers running. However due to hardware
limitation in one of the server, I need to upgrade the hardware.
Can I install the new server in a new domain and remain the existing 2nd
server in different domain ?
Please advise. Thanks.
