Yes, sorry. My logs are in a shared directory and I am placing the backup in that same folder. So instead of c:\blahblah I wanted to do \\%computername%\share to place the file. With great embarrassment, it was just a share permission that was doing this. steve -----Original Message----- From: Jim Harrison [mailto:Jim@xxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, August 17, 2005 2:58 PM To: [ISAserver.org Discussion List] Subject: [isalist] RE: More Scripting Help http://www.ISAserver.org Um.. By definition, a UNC *is* a full path. Can you include the two that you're using? ------------------------------------------------------- Jim Harrison MCP(NT4, W2K), A+, Network+, PCG http://isaserver.org/Jim_Harrison/ http://isatools.org Read the help / books / articles! ------------------------------------------------------- -----Original Message----- From: Stephen Herrera [mailto:sherrera@xxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, August 17, 2005 14:54 To: [ISAserver.org Discussion List] Subject: [isalist] More Scripting Help http://www.ISAserver.org I have modified the ImportExport script off of the ISA2004 SDK so that it no longer prompts start and completion of the script. I then wrote a batch file to call this script and assign the file path and name daily. If I try to use a UNC that is actually on the servers drive I get the error: The system cannot find the file specified. I would prefer to use a UNC instead of the full path (full path does work) any tips how to resolve this?
