Hello,
you have created a protocol defination so please tell that which port you
assing to using MIRC. Normally it use 6667 etc..and do not define proxy
server address in MIRC.If not connected MIRC then do this go on client
computer and remove mspclient and then run it again from server and do not
change setting in isa server after setting up MIRC.
