Memory leak in poolpaged area

Hi all !  I had read that system can call memory leak in poolpaged area
after installing 
SP4. It occurs when a program makes a call to the RpcImpersonateClient 
function and to the RpcRevertToSelf function by using explicit
credentials (Impersonate a client after authentication). 
Can ISA Server do this ?
