Memory Issue

Hi guys.
I have a problem.. My ISA box is getting out of RAM. I have discovered that
the service that is
using all the memory is the WSPSRV.EXE
Sometimes it uses up to 500 Megabytes from the 1 Gigabyte that the server
has. And another thing i have seen is that at certain time of the day it
releases all the memory that it uses and begin growing again.
Anybody know the possible cause of this?
Is there any form to automatically control the amount of RAM that this
service uses without manually restarting the services?
