Are you able to FTP from the server?
If not, create an access rule on ISA enabling it.

McAfee Virus Scan won't update on its own since the installation of the
new ISA Server(I did change the settings indicating new ISA Server from
Proxy 2.0). When the old Proxy 2.0 server was up, McAfee didn't have any
problems updating the virus signatures. Another important note is that
even with the Firewall Client, McAfee is still not able to update through
the ISA Server.
Your help is greatly appreciative.
