Yes! But if you're a programmer, you can do just about anything with ISA
Server. :-)

Is there anyway to enable a Site and Content Rule though a webpage
without using the MMC as I want to give teachers here the ability to
disable the internet off of a room of computers without having to ask
myself or the techie all the time.
