Are you also using the Firewall client on those internal machines?
You'll have to for mail clients.

Subject: [isalist] Mail clients does not work once site and content rule
defined for user

http://www.ISAserver.org

Dear All,

I have installed SBS 2003 server which include exchange6.0 and ISA server
2000. We manage to publish mail server behind the ISA server but when we
defines the site and content rule for the user then user not able to access
mail server and disaplay error

""Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes
for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Account: '203.190.134.165', Server: '203.190.134.165', Protocol:
POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F"""

but when allow all to every client it works perfectly ok.

Would appreciate if you could resolved the above issue.

Thanks
Ravi
