Can you open that "key" to see what information is included?
It's entirely possible that it references internal server names..

Hi,
Macromedia Contribute is is html editing sowftware, usually we generate
a key to the authorized staff and send it by e-mail to them, when they
receive the key they will just click on it and it will make the
connection to our FTP location automaticaly, now when they use that key
in our work area they cant get the connection to our FTP (We have ISA
Server Port 21 is open)but if they use the key outside our work area the
can connect normally! could anyone give some clue :(

thanks

Falah Ahmed
