MSPADMIN Using large amounts of RAM

I have a site currently with ISA 2000 SP0 - no hotfixes. The ISA Control
Service (MSPADMIN.EXE) uses large amounts of RAM and virtual memory - currently
60MB RAM + 70MB Virtual. yesterday it was up to 1.2GB of virtual RAM, but we
restarted the service and it settled down. What I'm trying to figure out is
what may be causing this service to use such large amounts of RAM so that I can
resolve it. Any ideas please - I've searched Technet but not found anything.
