True, there is no workaround, unless you're using a UPnP firewall (ISA isn't
and won't be).

So what's the way round it to allow either user (NAT or NO-NAT) to initiate
the call? I believe there isn't.

Unfortunately, that's only partly true.
The script worked for IM versions earlier than 4.7, but not since.
MS changed the VOIP technology for the IM client and it no longer works over
NAT unless the remote client is non-NAT and initiates the session.

Hi,

We have opened the entire range of ports for MSn voice and video which
comprise of around 60,000 ports.
Now we are a little worried becuase this is a lot of ports.

Do we actually need to open this many ports to allow clients to use the
voice and video features of MSn messenger (not Netmeeting).

All the clients using the voice and video service have a firewall client
installed on their machine.
