What is MSNIM and how do I check the version. Is there no solution if my
version is higher than 4?

Grab http://isatools.org/msnim.vbs, run it on the ISA server, restart the FW
service and force a refresh at the FW client itself.
You won't get voice through ISA with MSNIM v4.x or later, though.

Does anyone have any idea how to set MSN phone and file transfer utility.
When trying to connect to an MSN phone account from XP with firewall client
installed the clock which comes up to show you that it is looking for a phone
account seems to go into an endless search.
File transfer cannot connect to the remote computer after accepting.
