The Firewall Client is installed on those users computers?
If not, this may be the problem.

Infact this option is enabled and it is working fine in case of HTTP
request
but not working for MSN Messenger. So ISA Server could not find out who
is
the user. That is the reason MSN works fine when Protrocol Rules are set
on
'Any request' But does not work when specific group is selected
