Logging Problem

I created a database and tables using the *.sql files included on the ISA
CDROM. However, the services won't start because they are not able to do
inserts on the tables - none of the services start, so all of the tables
must be wrong.
Does anyone do database logging and can anyone send me an in-production SQL
statement that they are using now or a .ZIP of a database that is running?
This is weird.
