LogParser for ISA Logs

Can we use LogParser tool for ISA Type of Log Files. Is it possible. if
yes, then can you give me an example of using the microsoft log parser
tool to extract data from the log files generated using visual basic.
I have found
There is option for using the logparser over vb using logparser.dll. but
my doubt is using this dll could we be able to get data for isa logs too.
