Yousuf,

So long as the ISA Server is in the same AD (or a trusted AD), you can
authenticate through AD. Best way is to create an Internet Users group, and
add people to the group. Then give that group access to the internet through
the access rules.

Also, you can define schedules when they can and can't have access to the
internet. You wouldn't "kick them off", but if their time ran out at 18:00
and they loaded a page at 17:58, if they clicked on a link at 18:02, they'd
be denied access.

It's all in the documentation (lookup Site and Content Rules, Protocol Rules
and Schedules)
