I use it in proxy 2.0 and it works fine.I have not tested this in ISA
though. This file contain some addresses which I can't define in msplat.txt
at Proxy server.

It doesn't work because:
1. if you use a locallat.txt on the client, it will be ignored because the
client uses msplat.txt
2. even if you do save it as msplat.txt, the firewall client refreshes its
settings from the ISA every 6 hours, or as it deems necessary

Why is the client LAT any different than the ISA LAT?

I just want to use a diferent LAT that the ISA Server's one. Is for that
reason I want to use the locallat.txt file on the firewall client, but it
doesn't work !!! I wonder why ?
