So, if you want to browse from the server, you have two options: 1 - Create a packet filter that allow TCP conections outbound, from local port dynamic, to Remote port 80. 2 - Configure the IE to use the proxy, using the internal address of the ISA and the port 8870 I hope it clarifies you.
