LAT Vs. Route

Please help, I'm banging my head on this one. I started to get these after
a new installation of ISA.
The ISA Server services cannot create a packet filter 64.253.196.251. This
event occurs when there is a conflict between the Local Address Table (LAT)
configuration and the Windows 2000 routing table. Check the routing table
and the LAT to find the source of the conflict.
Ok, so I check technet, and it says there is a conflict between the LAT on
ISA and the route statement in ISA. Now 161.111.195.111 is the connection
that is external. 161.111.195.226 is the internal connection. Both use
161.111.195.1 as the default gateway. I also get numerous reports saying
the gateway has lost the connection to the server when browsing. Please
assist if you see my error.
