L2TP connection

Hello,
I have W2K Server SP4 with ISA2000 Server installed with two NICs,
static addresses, leased line to ISP. I have no Windows domain, no DC,
no DHCP (only static addresses in my LAN). I want to connect to my ISA
through VPN connection. I connect from my notebook to ISP but connection
via PPTP fails, because ISP uses private IP addresses. I think solution
is to connect to my ISA via L2TP. What should I do to make this
connection? I have read many articles but still don t know how...
