Thanks a lot for the tip!
I tried it and it works great. I noticed that you need to set the rule
to forward the user to a page on a web server otherwise you get the
username prompt. I set it to a blank html file on our intranet.
Now I can browse many sites with some white "holes" here and there:-)

Create a destination set that include the offensive sites and apply them
to
a "Deny" Site & Content rule.
I do the same thing for ads and it works pretty well.
