Hi Jack, Try blocking all the application files (.EXE files) they are using on the Firewall Client properties under the client configuration and check on your log files for all the IP Addresses and/or URL's associated with these applications then create a site and content rule to block it. You can also try setting up a bandwidth rule for these applications and set it to the lowest possible bandwidth, that is, 1.
