I have not seen or heard of that issue until now.
Is this on multiple users, or one?
If multiple, are they all then on the same version and patch level in IE?
You might want to try Check for new page every visit in IE.
Tools | General tab | Temporary Internet Settings section | Settings | Check
for newer versions... Chose Every visit to page.
How are cookies handling set?
