Sorry to chip in on this one... Are you saying that you create a
redirect rule for every single site & content rule (protocol rules as
well?) which points to a custom HTML web page with the name of the rule
etc?
Hmmm, simple yet effective... Practical? Please comment as I believe
this may be an effective troubleshooting solution if I can find out more
about it...

No problem. What I am doing is creating a redirect page for each rule,
then
when a user gets the redirect page, they can tell me what the code is
(which
is tied to a destination set) and I know exactly where to look.
