They were current up to the dates contained in the file name.

There may be some overlap, I got tired checking them all...:))

Example, Jim's orginial add file was ISA_Ads.xml

Are New_08132002_ISA_ads.xml and "31 August 2002 Ads.xml" updates to the
same destination set, or new destination sets?
