Hi William

That's what I've been doing for clients since I started using ISA, It
makes it a lot easier for the poor sod that has to trawl thru the dest
sets and remove allowed websites.

Sorry to chip in on this one... Are you saying that you create a
redirect rule for every single site & content rule (protocol rules as
well?) which points to a custom HTML web page with the name of the rule
etc?

Hmmm, simple yet effective... Practical? Please comment as I believe
this may be an effective troubleshooting solution if I can find out more
about it...

No problem. What I am doing is creating a redirect page for each rule,
then when a user gets the redirect page, they can tell me what the code
is (which is tied to a destination set) and I know exactly where to
look.
