A client of mine has both physical workstations apart of AD and notebooks which aren't apart of AD. They all run on the same rule as far as accessing the net is concerned. The issue is when the notebooks which are not apart of AD access Sympatico Mail found at "msn.ca" the connection times out and they get the "page can not be displayed" error message. However when you got to the workstations and load up the exact page, clicking on the same link it takes you to Sympatico's Mail login page; passport.sympatico.ca ; I am not sure why this would be, one of the employees had a engineer from Sympatico on the phone with him trying to figure it out but drew a blank as to why it doesn't work; I wasn't there when he called them. I have pin pointed it down to the machines being no apart of AD. I have tried different brands of notebook computers with Windows XP Pro SP2 installed on them; when I connect to the domain I can get access to Sympatico's Mail login page, when I disconnect from AD it doesn't let me and "page can not be displayed", and like I have said already they use the same rule to get out to the net; I assigned the IP POOL to the rule. Could this also be some kind of flaw in ISA 2004 Server? Andrew
