Issue connecting ISA to a LAN port of ADSL router

Dear all, I have recently bought an ADSL router to share the Internet
connection in order to have more machines directly connecting to Internet.
The ADSL router has a WAN port and 4 LAN ports. It seems once ISA plug
into a LAN port of ADSL router, the ISA machine can no longer access
Internet, but it works fine when the ADSL modem directly plug into the ISA
machine. Any other machines plug into the LAN ports (without ISA
installed) can access Internet no problem at all. Do we need to configure
ISA for allowing traffic to relay thru the ADSL router? We have been
playing around for a few days now, but still have no luck to make it to
work.
Please shed me some lights on this issue, any information is greatly
appreciate..
