Isa Server User

I´m trying to install the AD into my network but I receive a message "You
must be a member of the Enterprise Administrators group, schema admins
group and administrator on the local machine". I´m logged as administrator
of my network. Why can´t I install then? My entire network is Win2K
Brazil, but my Isa Server 2000 is english. Can be this the reason of my
problem???
